    [abstract] => This paper explores the intersection of ethical business practices and sustainability, emphasizing their critical role in addressing contemporary environmental and social challenges. As global concerns about climate change, resource depletion, and social inequity intensify, the integration of ethical considerations into business strategies emerges as a vital approach for promoting sustainable development. This study reviews existing literature on corporate social responsibility (CSR), stakeholder theory, and ethical decision-making frameworks, highlighting how businesses can align their operations with ethical principles to achieve long-term sustainability goals. Through qualitative case studies of organizations successfully implementing ethical practices, we identify key strategies that foster resilience, innovation, and stakeholder trust. The findings suggest that businesses adopting ethical frameworks not only enhance their reputation but also contribute to a more sustainable economy. This research contributes to the ongoing discourse on sustainable business practices by providing a comprehensive understanding of the ethical dimensions that underpin effective sustainability initiatives.
