    [abstract] => This study explores the financial performance of Punjab National Bank after its merger with Oriental Bank of Commerce and United Bank of India . The research utilizes the EAGLE model, a tool designed to assess financial health by focusing on key performance indicators KPIs) across several dimensions, including profitability, liquidity, efficiency, and solvency. We analyze PNBʼs financial metrics before and after the merger, aiming to determine the impact of the merger on the bankʼs operational efficiency, profitability, and financial stability. The paper concludes with strategic recommendations for PNB to enhance the integration process and achieve sustainable growth.
