Abstract
Human resource management practices play a vital role in improving employee productivity and organizational effectiveness. Among these practices, performance management has gained considerable attention because it provides a structured approach for monitoring, evaluating, and enhancing employee contributions. In digital marketing agencies, employee performance is often assessed using measurable indicators such as campaign outcomes, customer engagement levels, and return on investment from marketing activities. This study examines the influence of performance management practices on employee performance in digital marketing agencies by reviewing existing academic studies and industry insights. The discussion focuses on major components of performance management including goal setting, performance appraisal, continuous feedback, employee training, and reward mechanisms. In addition, the paper highlights how technological advancements such as real-time analytics and automated performance monitoring tools are transforming the way organizations manage employee performance. The findings indicate that transparent evaluation procedures, clearly defined performance indicators, and ongoing feedback significantly improve employee motivation, satisfaction, and productivity.
