The quick development of international trade and e-commerce has made logistics operations much more complicated, requiring the use of cutting-edge technical solutions. With an emphasis on ERP-based systems created by Femtosoft Technologies, this study investigates how logistics software affects operational effectiveness inside logistics companies. Structured questionnaires were used to gather primary data from 100 respondents using a descriptive study approach. The data was analysed using statistical techniques like Spearman correlation, ANOVA, and percentage analysis. The results show that by enhancing real-time tracking, lowering operational mistakes, optimizing route planning, and promoting improved decision-making, logistics software dramatically increases operational efficiency. The study comes to the conclusion that in order to achieve cost effectiveness, productivity, and customer happiness in contemporary logistics, logistics software integration is crucial.
