SERVICE QUALITY FOR FOREIGN STUDENTS OF SELECTED PRIVATE HIGHER EDUCATION INSTITUTIONS IN NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION CORRELATE TO ACCESS AND QUALITY: INPUTS TO A PROPOSED POLICY ARTICULATION

Abstract
This study focuses on the assessment of the three groups of respondents on the service quality of selected Higher Education Institutions in the National Capital Region. The three groups of respondents are the foreign students coming from STI College, Emilio Aguinaldo College, and Trinity University of Asia. The said groups of respondents will assess the service quality dimensions as follows: Tangibles; Reliability; Responsiveness; Assurance; and Empathy. Demographic profile of respondents will also be identified as follows: nationality, year level, and degree/course.
