Abstract
Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) refers to the ethical responsibility of an organization toward society, employees, customers, and the environment. CSR focuses on sustainable development, social welfare, environmental protection, ethical business practices, and community development. In modern industries, CSR has become an essential part of organizational strategy because companies are expected not only to generate profits but also to contribute positively to society. CSR activities improve the reputation of organizations, increase employee satisfaction, strengthen customer trust, and support long-term business sustainability. In manufacturing industries such as alloys and extrusion industries, CSR plays an important role because these industries directly affect the environment, energy consumption, industrial safety, and local communities. Companies undertake CSR initiatives such as employee welfare programs, educational support, environmental sustainability, healthcare camps, skill development programs, and waste management activities to fulfill their social responsibilities. CSR also helps organizations maintain a healthy relationship with stakeholders and promotes ethical corporate governance.
