    [abstract] => The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of financial performance and decisions investment towards dividend policy with company value as an intervening variable. The research method uses a quantitative approach in banking sector companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 period. The analysis method for this research uses SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The results of the research show that the influence of financial performance has a positive and significant effect on company value, financial performance has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy, investment decisions have a positive and significant effect on dividend policy, investment decisions have a positive and significant effect on company value. Results of the influence of dividend policy mediating financial performance variables and investment decisions on company value.
