By examining the impact of professional development initiatives, mentorship programs, work-life balance-focused training, and technological integration, the study provides a multi-dimensional analysis of how these strategies help in managing workplace stress. A survey was conducted among 350 IT employees, and the collected data were analyzed using structural equation modelling (SEM) to assess the effectiveness of different strategies. The findings suggest that a combination of mentorship, skill development, and balanced work-life practices significantly enhances stress management. The study emphasizes the importance of adopting a holistic approach to employee development for effective stress reduction.
