    [abstract] => The article examines the problem of assessing the efficiency of a production network using economic indicators. It analyzes the role of key indicators such as profitability, capacity utilization, labor productivity, and logistics costs in identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the network. The main problems identified include lack of data, uneven distribution of resources, high logistics costs, and resistance to change within the company.
