KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT ORIENTATION AND ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE AS PREDICTORS OF ORGANIZATIONAL EFFECTIVENESS OF PRIVATE COLLEGES IN DAVAO DEL NORTE

Abstract
This study determined whether knowledge management orientation and organizational justice significantly predict the organizational effectiveness of private colleges in Davao del Norte. A descriptive-correlational study that is quantitative. It utilized design and the data was gathered using 301 teaching and non-teaching staff via a tested survey questionnaire. Statistical tools statistics that were used were mean, Pearson r, and regression analysis. Results demonstrated that the knowledge management orientation, organization justice, and There was high organizational effectiveness. Significant relationships were identified between both knowledge management orientation and organizational justice and organizational, and organizational effectiveness. Regression analysis further revealed that both variables significantly predict organizational effectiveness, with organizational justice emerging as the stronger predictor. The findings suggest that strengthening knowledge management practices and promoting fairness and transparency are essential in enhancing organizational effectiveness in private higher education institutions.
