Our investigation analyzed 95 previous experiences of Tunisian entrepreneurs with their business instructors, using factor and bivariate analyses of a survey based on interaction, confidence, and loyalty variables. Our principal findings indicate that relationship success largely depends on the skills of the business instructor and their involvement in the firm establishment process. Moreover, a shortage of mutual loyalty in these relationships can impede firm creation.
