With global demand for food set to rise by at least 50 per cent by 2050, agriculture is poised for another revolution. This paper examines the major concerns and developments in the agriculture sector, food security and agribusiness. It also explores the top tech innovations in the agricultural industry and applications of artificial intelligence to provide the researchers and entrepreneur with an understanding and concerns of current and emerging trends that would help in full filling the gap existing between the agriculture demand and supply.
