Cement is a basic material, which is used in all types of construction activities, industrial construction, housing, dams, bridges etc. The cement industry, therefore, plays a significant role in the economic development and it is considered as one of the core sectors of the economy. It was mainly the profit-center that have determine their proliferation and continues to do so even after intendance, expect for what the public sector has been doing but not with much consideration for productivity or profitability.
