    [abstract] => <p>Alba Iulia will become the first smart city in Romania, with Wi-Fi hotspots in public places and in public transportation, air quality monitoring applications and remote reading of energy consumption, water and gas.</p>

<p>In the present paper I analyzed the development of Alba Iulia in a Smart city.</p>
