[abstract] => There is a growing concern on impact of climate change on water resources. One may observe the over rainfall, flash flood and extreme weather events consequent upon climate change. At the same time occurrence of drought, delayed rainfall, monsoon failure and desertification is the major impact of climate change on water resources. This paper deals with impact of climate change on water resources on the basis of perceived experience of the farmers in Nagapattinam district of Tamil Nadu. It outlines the 30 impact indicators of climate change on water resources. This paper makes an analysis based on farm households’ educational, caste and family size status. This paper concludes with some interesting findings along with policy implications.
