Agribusiness denotes the collective business activities that are performed from farm to fork. It covers the supply of agricultural inputs, the production and transformation of agricultural products and their distribution to final consumers. Agribusiness is one of the main generators of employment and income worldwide. This paper deals with agribusiness scope and limitation in India. It outlines the possible ways and means of practicing agribusiness in India. It explores a more than 50 opportunities of doing agribusiness in India and also the constraints and challenges in practicing agribusiness in India. This paper concludes with some important findings along with policy suggestions.
