    [abstract] => The article covers issues of reducing the level of poverty in the economy by attracting investments in human capital. In addition, the relationship between human capital and economic growth was studied. In the analytical part of the article, the analysis of the human capital index of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the assessment of the human capital index by region was carried out. The main goal of this article is to develop scientific proposals and practical recommendations aimed at reducing the level of poverty in the economy by attracting investments in human capital.
