    [abstract] => The purpose of this study is to analyze the Influence of Visionary Leadership Style and Competence on Employee Performance Through Achievement Motivation as an Intervening Variable (Study on Employees of the Wiradesa District Office, Pekalongan Regency), The sample of this study was 84 respondents of the Wiradesa District Office, with SEM PLS 4.00 analysis tools. The findings of this study are that there is a positive and significant influence between visionary leadership style on performance; there is a positive and significant influence between competence on performance and there is a significant positive influence between achievement motivation on performance
