An insight on how employee engagement is influenced by factors such as job characteristics is important in understanding the dynamics of employee engagement. In this study, Job performance feedback, job autonomy, and organizational communication have been investigated as critical factors that influence employee engagement. The use of quantitative research method was employed in this study with specific use of survey method, and inferential statistical analyses on SPSS 21 package were performed. The correlational analysis revealed significant and positive relationships between, job characteristics (job autonomy, organizational communication, job performance feedback) and employee engagement.
