Abstract
The way a company chooses its employees is really important for how the company does. In places that make things like factories it is crucial to pick the people for the job. This is because factories need people who are good at what they do and can work well. This study is about how choosing the right employees helps a company grow and do better in the manufacturing sector.This study looks at ways companies can choose employees like talking to them giving them tests checking their skills and looking at their past. It also checks if these ways are good at making employees do their jobs better and helping the company be more productive. What the study found out is that if a company has a system for choosing employees it gets better workers people do not leave their jobs as much employees are happier and the company does better overall. The selection process is important for the manufacturing sector because it helps companies grow and be successful. The right employees make a difference, in how well a company does.
