Abstract
Employee welfare measures play an important role in improving the working conditions and overall satisfaction of employees in an organization. Welfare facilities such as health benefits, safety measures, canteen facilities, transportation, housing, and recreational facilities contribute significantly to the well-being of employees. When employees feel that their organization cares about their welfare, they tend to develop higher levels of job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The present study aims to analyze the effectiveness of employee welfare measures and their impact on job satisfaction. The research examines different types of welfare facilities provided to employees and evaluates how these benefits influence their motivation, productivity, and overall satisfaction at work. A descriptive research design was adopted and primary data were collected through structured questionnaires distributed among employees. The findings of the study reveal that welfare measures have a positive relationship with employee job satisfaction. Employees who are satisfied with the welfare facilities provided by their organization show better performance, higher morale, and stronger loyalty toward the organization. The study concludes that organizations should continuously improve their welfare programs to create a supportive work environment and enhance employee satisfaction and productivity.
