Abstract
Behavioural determinants such as pricing, service quality, social media influence, and personalized services will significantly impact their travel choices and how they book their trips. Prior research indicates that customer engagement, trust, and digital interaction are major influences on consumer purchase intent and booking behaviour [1] [4]. This study investigates the relationship between customer behaviour and customer satisfaction, trust, and loyalty in the tourism industry. Positive patterns of customer behaviour result in improved financial performance through increased customer retention, repeat purchases, and improved reputation for the tourism industry [2]. The findings underscore the necessity of developing customer centric business strategies to achieve long-term economic viability within the tourism sector.
