Abstract
Job satisfaction is a critical factor that influences employee performance and organizational success. In today’s competitive environment, organizations increasingly recognize that satisfied employees contribute significantly to productivity, innovation, and overall efficiency. This study examines the relationship between job satisfaction and employee performance by analyzing key factors such as compensation, work environment, leadership, career growth, and work-life balance. The research is based on both primary and secondary data, and statistical tools such as mean analysis, standard deviation, ANOVA, and chi-square tests are used to interpret the data. The findings reveal that employees who are satisfied with their jobs demonstrate higher productivity, lower absenteeism, and stronger commitment to organizational goals. The study concludes that improving job satisfaction is essential for enhancing employee performance and achieving sustainable organizational growth.
