Abstract
Human Resource Management (HRM) plays a critical role in enhancing organizational performance and employee productivity. This study examines HR effectiveness across different industries, focusing on key HR functions such as recruitment, training, performance appraisal, and employee engagement. Data was collected from employees working in various sectors, including IT, manufacturing, and services. The findings reveal significant differences in HR practices and their effectiveness across industries. The study highlights the importance of strategic HR policies in improving organizational outcomes and suggests measures to enhance HR effectiveness.
