Abstract
This study examines the institutional, structural, and regulatory dimensions of the compulsory insurance market in Uzbekistan. The analysis identifies key challenges, including market concentration, sectoral imbalances, and inefficiencies in claims and data systems. Based on empirical evidence and international comparison, the study proposes policy directions to enhance market efficiency, transparency, and financial stability.
