Abstract
The integration of technology into Human Resource Management (HRM) has significantly changed the ways organizations engage, nurture, and maintain talent. This study examines the digital evolution of HR via the integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI), cloud hosted Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), analytics, and automation technologies. It emphasizes how technology allows HR professionals to transition from administrative tasks to strategic business partnership positions by utilizing data driven insights for making decisions. Main emphasis is on AI based hiring, forecasting workforce analytics, online on boarding, virtual education systems, and employee self service solutions. Although these technologies improve efficiency, transparency, and employee satisfaction, they also present issues like data privacy, ethical use of AI, and gaps in digital skills. The study determines that effective HR digital transformation necessitates a harmony between embracing technology and prioritizing human centric principles to maintain organizational agility and employee involvement in the digital age.
