Abstract
The introduction of E-Commerce over the past 20 to 25 years has had a major impact on business consumers. Society and the way business is done on a global scale. This has had many positive effects on both the business and on consumers. Additionally, there are risks that have had a negative impact on both the customer and businesses. This article discusses the impact and risks associated with e-commerce to the organization and the benefits to the organization.
