Abstract
Talent sourcing strategies have become one of the most critical functions in modern recruitment practices, particularly in an increasingly competitive and technology-driven employment market. Recruitment agencies serve as vital intermediaries between organizations seeking skilled professionals and candidates looking for suitable career opportunities. Their effectiveness largely depends on the strategies they adopt to identify, attract, assess, and engage talented individuals. Talent sourcing refers to the proactive process of identifying, attracting, and building relationships with potential candidates for current or future job openings. Recruitment agencies adopt diverse sourcing strategies such as job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, campus recruitment, talent pools, artificial intelligence, data analytics, and employer branding initiatives. Each strategy contributes uniquely to expanding access to talent and improving the recruitment process.
