Abstract
This study investigates how remote work environments affect employee’s work–life balance and overall well-being, focusing on flexible scheduling, stress, productivity, workspace quality, and boundary-blurring in remote and hybrid contexts. Using a quantitative design, primary data were gathered from 146 respondents via a structured Google Forms questionnaire. Data were analyzed with percentage analysis, Chi-square tests, and ANOVA to examine relationships and group differences among the variables. Results indicate that flexible schedules enhance productivity and reduce stress, while after-hours work and weak work–life boundaries harm personal well-being. Workspace quality also emerged as a significant determinant of productivity in remote settings. The study recommends that organizations adopt clear remote-work policies, promote healthy digital boundaries, provide adequate workspace support, and implement employee wellness initiatives to strengthen work–life balance, boost productivity, and increase overall employee satisfaction.
