Abstract
Employee motivation refers to the level of enthusiasm, commitment, and energy that employees bring to their work. It plays a vital role in improving productivity, efficiency, and organizational performance. Motivated employees are more dedicated to achieving organizational goals and contribute positively to workplace culture. Motivation can be influenced by several factors such as salary, rewards, recognition, job security, leadership style, work environment, career growth opportunities, and employee relationships. Organizations that focus on employee motivation are able to reduce absenteeism, increase employee retention, and improve overall performance. In today’s competitive business environment, companies recognize that employees are valuable assets. Employee motivation not only improves individual performance but also strengthens teamwork and innovation. A motivated workforce creates a positive organizational climate and helps companies achieve long-term success. Therefore, understanding the factors affecting employee motivation is important for every organization. The present study focuses on employee motivation in WayCool Foods and Products. The study aims to analyze the motivational factors influencing employees and examine how organizational practices contribute to employee satisfaction and productivity.
