Abstract
In today's evolving corporate landscape, the hybrid work model has emerged as a significant framework for balancing organizational productivity and employee flexibility. However, the effectiveness of hybrid work systems heavily depends on organizational strategies, communication infrastructures, and employees' adaptability to blended environments. This study examines how the hybrid work model influences workplace connection, organizational commitment, and overall employee engagement, while also identifying critical challenges such as digital fatigue, fragmented communication, corporate isolation, and work-life boundary blurring. Using structured data collection and statistical analysis, the research analyses the extent to which hybrid frameworks impact employee motivation and retention across modern corporate institutions.
