The researcher included recruiting and the selection and employee development as HR Strategies and investigated how these strategies would impact the organisational growth of pharma companies. Primary data were obtained from 600 pharma employees using a standardised questionnaire. The research data was analysed using ANOVAs and multiple regression analyses in the SPSS 23.0 version to arrive at the final results and conclusions. According to the study’s findings, HR strategies for recruiting and the selection and employee development have a major influence on organisational growth.
