    [abstract] => This article discusses the importance and significance of insurance education for the development of the insurance market. The insurance sector requires employees with strong critical thinking skills, who are able to extract maximum value, and who are also able to develop the insurance market as a whole. At this stage of development of the insurance sector, the training and development of insurance companies is of paramount importance. Like any other industry in the growth stage, the insurance industry has the potential to create a large number of jobs, which will help reduce unemployment and boost the economy as a whole.
