Abstract
The article provides data on the composition of soil micromycetes isolated after the use of herbicides Kotoran 80% (1.2 kg/ha) on cotton crops and fusilade super 12.5% (2 l/ha) on vegetable crops in the conditions of the Tashkent region. 56 species of micromycetes from 3 divisions, 3 classes, 5 orders, 6 families, 23 genera were identified. As a result, when comparing the composition of soil mycobiota with the composition of soil micromycetes against the background of the use of herbicides, it can be noted that a significant difference is noticeable - the qualitative and quantitative composition of micromycetes after the use of herbicides is depleted and less diverse.
