    [abstract] =>  This study develops an economic-mathematical model to evaluate the effectiveness of clustering in the viticulture sector. Using cost optimization formulas, we demonstrate how joint infrastructure and supply chains reduce total production expenses. The model quantifies fixed and variable cost savings, synergy coefficients, and investment efficiency. Empirical assumptions are tested using data from a pilot agri- cluster in Uzbekistan. Results show that clustering significantly improves resource allocation and long-term sustainability. The model is applicable for policy planning, investor analysis, and strategic integration in agriculture.
