    [abstract] => Financial literacy plays a critical role in improving the economic empowerment of agriculturists by enabling them to make informed financial decisions, access credit, and manage risks effectively. This paper assesses the impact of financial literacy on the economic well-being of farmers in India using secondary data sources. The study reviews existing literature and provides an analysis of how financial education contributes to better financial management, increased agricultural productivity, and improved livelihoods. The paper concludes with findings, suggestions, and policy recommendations to enhance financial literacy among Indian farmers.
