In this process three different HRM practices has been identified such as performance appraisal, career planning and compensation management. The study was based on primary data which has been taken from the employee of selected organized organization. The sample has been taken from 134 employees. The ANOVA test has been applied to test the hypothesis at 5% level of significance. The findings of the study indicate that all the selected HRM Practices is significantly and positively related with organizational productivity.
