    [abstract] => The proposed article identifies the semantic types of aspectual situations involving perfect forms formed by telic and limitative-neutral verbs with haben in the German language. A comparative analysis of perfect aspectual situations and their translations into the Uzbek language allows for the determination of the types of methods for their transmission using the means of the Uzbek language, as well as the identification of similar and distinguishing features in terms of content and expression between the compared languages.
