This study assesses the efficacy of biological control methods employed by institutions in Yola, Adamawa State, Nigeria. It evaluates their implementation, outcomes, and challenges. Data were collected from experimental farms on plants characters and disease incidences. The findings reveal a high potential for biological agents, such as Trichoderma harzianum and Bacillus subtilis, in controlling key pathogens affecting tomatoes and maize. Recommendations focus on capacity building and government policy support to enhance the adoption of these eco-friendly measures.
