Using a mixed-methods approach, the research evaluates four CSR-funded programs, analyzing employment outcomes, industry feedback, and stakeholder perspectives. The findings indicate that programs with active industry participation, well-structured curricula, and NGO involvement achieve higher employment rates (65-90%) and employer satisfaction. The study highlights the importance of strengthening industry-academia partnerships, improving curriculum relevance, and enhancing evaluation frameworks to maximize the impact of CSR-driven skill development initiatives. The research contributes to the existing literature on CSR's role in education and workforce development, providing empirical evidence on effectiveness metrics for CSR-funded skill development programs in India.
