Thirty (30) teachers from the Junior High School of Santa Fe National High School participated, providing data through questionnaires, personal data sheet and IPCRF result. A quantitative-descriptive research design was used through systematic random sampling to identify the respondent. Results showed that no strong link between seminars, workshops, and trainings on teachers’ performance of the respondents. This further suggested that the teachers from the Junior High School of Santa Fe National High School may improve at improved teachings skills and classroom management by engaging themselves to seminars, workshops and trainings especially those that are aligned with their own specialization and exploring to different teaching skills and strategies in teaching. Furthermore, the study recommends that the school administrators actively support teacher-led initiatives, fostering peer learning and collaboration, and providing access to flexible professional development opportunities through online platforms or other means. Future research could explore the effect of tailored professional growth programs in specific aspects of teachers’ performance, potentially revealing a more nuanced understanding of the relationship between effectiveness of seminars, workshops, trainings and teachers’ performance.
