    [abstract] => The emergence of digital payment platforms has transformed transactions into a swift and efficient process, particularly in urban areas like Coimbatore, India. However, the success of these platforms is heavily reliant on users’ trust and perceived security. This paper examines the critical factors influencing consumer trust in digital payments, the security challenges users face, and the overall implications for both service providers and consumers. Through a comprehensive analysis of data collected from surveys and interviews, this study aims to provide actionable insights to enhance user confidence and promote more robust digital payment systems.
