    [abstract] => Due to the changes in life style, the life expectancy of an individual got increased. The individual’s average life span is around 70 years, which was 60 earlier. This causes the old age patients more in number. The health care sector is in the position to keep them as a separate segment and serve. The nuclear family culture in many families made these old age people to take care of themselves. Hence an attempt is been made to understand about this age group customer’s satisfaction on health care services. The descriptive research design was adopted and 120 respondents were selected based on the judgemental sampling technique. Simple percentage analysis and one way ANOVA tools were utilised to analyse and interpret the data. Based on the findings of the study the suitable recommendations were made
