    [abstract] => The article deals with the importance of nursery rhymes as a means of upbringing children in Karakalpak children’s folklore. In the aticle, Karakalpak, Kazakh and Kyrgyz children’s folklore have been analyzed. Descriptive and comparative methods analyzes are used in this paper. Also, some examples of nursery rhymes from Karakalpak children’s folklore have been analyzed and their meanings are explained in the English language.
