Today, the growing digitalization forces the service sector, such as banks, to offer e-banking services or online banking in order to gain a competitive advantage and dedicate much market share for themselves. When analysing the significance of e-banking services in the present-day context, the objective of the study is to investigate the factors influencing customer satisfaction with e-banking. The research indicates there is a negative influence on privacy and a positive association between the dependent and independent variables related to website quality, service quality, security, and customer satisfaction.
