Abstract

This field explores topics such as resource allocation, market dynamics, policy implications, and sustainability within the context of fisheries and aquatic ecosystems. It involves the study of the production, distribution, and consumption of fish and seafood, considering factors such as market dynamics, resource management, trade, and policy implications. The goal is to understand and analyse the economic behaviour and decision-making within the fisheries sector to promote sustainable practices and efficient resource utilization. Fisheries economics is a field of study that focuses on the economic aspects of fisheries and aquaculture.
