The author of the article attempts to show the specifics of the development of the policy of interethnic harmony and tolerance in order to ensure public order in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Particular attention is paid to the culture of mutual respect and humanism, which is consistent with the understanding of the world as a whole. It is shown that the idea of tolerant behavior encourages people to culture and mutual understanding.
