Abstract
This article is about Imam Maturidis work Tawilat al-Quran, in which the narrations of reason used in the interpretation of the verses, in particular, the places where one narration of the reason for a verse is given, are identified and described. Also, the information in it is compared with the works of commentators such as Tabari, Muqatil, Abu al-Laith Samarkandi, and Wahidi.
