Materials and methods: 28 patients with invasive bladder cancer who underwent neoadjuvant chemotherapy with subsequent evaluation of its effectiveness according to RECIST criteria. Results: stabilization was observed in 9 (32.1%) cases, progression in 3 (10.7%), partial regression in 14 (50%), complete regression in 2 (7.1%). Conclusions: achieving complete and partial tumor regression allowed patients to undergo organ-conserving surgery, which contributed to improving their quality of life.
