UV SPECTROSCOPIC ANALYTICAL METHOD DEVELOPMENT AND VALIDATION OF AREA UNDER CURVE METHOD FOR SIMULTANEOUS ESTIMATION OF DAPAGLIFLOZIN PROPANEDIOL MONOHYDRATE AND METOPROLOL SUCCINATE

Abstract
In the present study Area Under Curve Method was developed for the estimation of Dapagliflozin Propanediol Monohydrate (DAP) and Metoprolol Succinate (MET) in Synthetic Method. The Area Under Curve Method for DAP and MET were found to be linear over the range of 2-6 μg/ml and 10-30 μg/ml respectively. The wavelength range 210-218 nm and 219-227 nm was selected for DAP and MET respectively in Area Under Curve Method. The method validated for different validation parameter such as Linearity, Accuracy, Precision, LOD, LOQ and the results were found to be within the acceptance limit as per the guideline of International Conference on Harmonization (ICH) Q2(R2) specifications.
